My wonderful old Toshiba was on its last legs and I had to buy a new laptop. I won't bore you with the details of why I ended up with a less powerful HP laptop than the one I wanted. I had to buy it online and could not actually see what I was getting. The ad said as shown in the attachment and then my system says what is shown in the other attachment. The ad said the GHz was 1.6 to 3.4 which I didn't really understand and hoped for the best. I bought Cities XL 2011 some years ago and had the DVD. It worked fine on my old laptop but now when I try to start it, I get the error message shown in the other attachment. I hope someone will have suggestions or tell me what I can do to fix this. I really enjoy this game and hope I can get it to work. Or will any of the other Cities games work on my new laptop? My late husband had every Sims Game imaginable but I didn't enjoy them. I felt like I was babysitting. Had enough of that when I was a kid. But I do enjoy this Cities game. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Morlaine
