Tropod - Thanks for the reply, & removing the dead links. The page now loads completely. Sorry if I seemed overbearing. I just installed SimCity 4 Deluxe & the latest NAM on my recently-built PC, & was following all the links in the NAM documentation to learn all that I could about using this great add-on mod. Keep up the great work. Perhaps I can help in some way (graphics/textures) in the future, once I learn about the programming behind SimCity 4 & NAM. The wealth of info on this site is vast, so any direction to specific threads to learn more would be greatly appreciated.

I've downloaded NetworkAddonMod_Beta_06.17.05.zip. When I try to extract the zip file I receive a dialog box asking for a password, as shown below.
