So, i've been really slowly working on this region and this is the transit map as it is now. It's pretty shoddy compared to most on this, but it's what i got. Here's a somewhat simpler version that kinda looks like chicken scratch. There are 7 lines: Green, Lavender, Pink, Blue, Orange, Yellow, Brown The Purple is Light Rail The Bright Green is the direct connections between the subway and LR The Black is the Heavy Rail The Bright Pink is the High Speed Rail connecting downtown to the airport

This is the region i'm currently developing, i'm doing the transit first so there's no development yet but maybe by the next decade with the rate i'm going, . Also, the ring highway is just a marker for the urban boundary and i'm gonna take it out.

so it seems people in here know a bunch about pictures and what not, so i know i've seen somewhere how to make a regional picture map, you know, the big ones showing the whole region, but for the life of me i can not find it, so i was wondering how i go about doing a regional map pic. thanks! ~Scott

so i've uploaded a bunch of regions in the past without much problems but lately when i tried it it wouldn't work, the bitmap would work but when i clicked on the jpeg nothing would happen, so i tried the above mentioned way and got the same results, the bitmap works, the jpeg didn't, any sugestions?

How much of the surround area of New Haven are you doing, or is it just New Haven?
-
yeah i live like 20 min north of new haven, in Seymour, maybe you heard of it, mostly likely not, it is right on the border of new haven county and fairfield. I don't know if you heard of the valley cause thats where i am, Rt. 67 and 34 run through it, and contrary to what you may have heard the valley isn't ALL bad, mine area of Seymour is quite nice. but CT does have insane taxes, my parents always talk about them. CT isn't really all that great, the only area of new haven i've been is the Yale area to Urban Outfitters. the rest of the city never looked that appealing, much like Bridgeport, and yeah where i am almost everyone commutes to new york so there is lots of traffic during rush hour
