I am a newbie when it comes to SimCity. On a whim I bought SimCity 5 (i think). Its $30, cheap. I tried to the trial and everything ran fine, but when I installed and tried to run the full game my screen blinks in and out. I have to restart my computer to close the game. I turned off Anti something FXAA and put some line code 1 -cputcount 1 < something to the effect. How do I fix this problem. I've been reading around about hardware and software mode, but I don't know what that means.
