I cant bring it back, I've had it so long I dont remember where I bought it XP the thing is this is a recent problem, and I installed the game a very long time ago. I guess I'll reinstall and see if it goes away : |

I'm using sc4 with rush hour. When I installed RH I got a few messages saying a file couldnt be copied to my drive, but they were all city files in timbuktu, so in that region I have a few city tiles that are completely flat and have no detail instead of molding in with the rest of the region (I dont play there though).

For some reason that green flashing the ground makes while containing radiation is showing up in places it shouldnt. even in a city I just started that only had 1 road was getting the flashing. When I look at the radiation map, nothing is highlighted but I still see it in large areas. Although it hasnt affected my gameplay, it's still extremely annoying. how can I fix it?

hmmm... I tried setting a nuclear power plant on fire but it just turned into rubble like any other building. Does it have to be worked over capacity or something before it happens?
