Water is Added http://img430.imageshack.us/img430/1415/lileneheadnov250511292220672ma.png align=baseline> Now every building in Lilene Head is watered. Nothing could make sims more happy! The new water led to great things such as $$ residents. I Think The Mayor Loves Us! http://img429.imageshack.us/img429/7134/lileneheadoct60911292231373ye.png align=baseline> Recently, low residential zones was placed near the coast line. An area was opened as beach and locals flocked to it, as well as the new houses for sale. Other News Two local farms were destroyed! One was replaced with a church, surrounded by trees to cut polution. The other was replaced with dirty industry. As complaints flooded the mayor, Eastwinn, sims just good even angrier yet they used the church and worked at the industries by choice. After many complaints, Mayor Eastwinn says this You sims have shown me that what I did was not good but it had to be done for health reasons. The farms were being poluted by the dirty industry making food that you do not want to eat. The owners of the farms were willing to move as I had reserved them more space. I am also going to dezone part of the new industrial block I created and replace it with trees. I am sorry but it had to be done.. Now most every of the 1394 people in Lilene Head are happy, the mayor is happy and, the people who go to church on sundays are happy. Next update soon.

A buildings growth stage is what stage your city must be in to have a possiblity for that building to grow. The stage your city is in depends on your Com, Ind and, Res population. Here is the my believed growth stage chart: Stage Res Co Office Co Servise Ind 1 0 0 0 0 2 300 300 300 300 3 507 507 507 2447 4 1114 1114 1114 5 3181 3181 1882 6 9086 9086 5376 7 25952 25952 15356 8 43859 43859 57017 Industrial buildings have no stage after 3, they stay at 3 for the rest of the time.
