Lol, it's another year before I graduate but thanks nonetheless. A great update - I love the feel of Milan, and the postcards are right on. I'll be missing your CJ while you're gone, have fun in Italy. -

I love the feel of touring Milan. It's such a beautiful city, and you have a great back stories. Milan has a wild history. I hope to see more of Milan and Tokyo is looking particularly promising. -
OH wow, how did I miss this when I went to Paris. Well you definately did a remarkable job!

I'm willing to wager that all the buildings in that second picture Frogface made himself, so might be privleged to certain files others aren't. I can't wait to see how this Royal Palace turns out.

Wish I'd checked around here more often, Milan is turning out nicely, I love the Sacre Couer. This city of Tokyo looks nothing like the real city, but yeah it is dense, would like to see more. -

Date: 6/1/2005 12:25:44 PM Author: pimhordijk1989 I Think it's a little too much=UGLY (sorry)quote> I know, I just liked to see all the different buildings. The plopping definately got out of hand, but I'm working more at realism now.

Wow, I can tell you're getting better at this, everytime I come by the updates get better and better. Though I hope you do more A day in the life of... type updates. -
Might as well continue the tradition of nighttime downtown views. This first shot is whet I first discivered the art of plopping and I might have gotten carried away, it's a little ridiculous. All the buildings in the center island were plopped and they're the only commercial lots in the entire city, the rest is high density R$$ and R$$$, presumably, it's been a while. https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//France-downtown.jpg align=baseline> This next shot is the downtown feeder city for three other cities that come to a point at this one cross point. I still love the look of it, even if it is a little silly to have one city composed entirely of commerical lots. The three Pan Pacific buildings were plopped, most everything else was grown as you can tell from the numerous Wrens and Yates and whatever that tan one is called. https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//Japan-downtown.jpg align=baseline> Let me know what you think.

I really like the train station layout with the stairs going up hill and the lightrail going through, good job! You got any good city wide pictures?
