It's the North Downtown exit just before the entrance to the Downtown Tunnel: Work is continuing quiclky with the rest of the expressway, and the South exit is planned to open for traffic later tomorrow or wednesday. The construction of the east expansion of Downtown is also moving quiclky and I think I'll put it together with the next update.
