    Has anybody tried to walk into your local store, pick up an item, and walk out with it. What do you say to the police? Lemme see if I get this { hey man you can't CENSOR me. I have every right to have this ,, FOR FREE ! Seriously, read the bill, The US govt. is at least trying to do something to rectify the trillions of dollars lost to theft.
