So my SimCity got an error and and I restarted the game... and now everything's a mess... help? There are water connection problems, road connection problems, even though my roads connected to each other, power connection problems, and sewage connection problems after the restart in my city... and now my city's turning into rubble... HELP!!!!!!!

I can't get SkyeStorme's ModPack. In addition, can you tell me the essential ideas of building a city that'll have a population of 1 million?

Thanks man. I already knew that schools would lower crime. I wanted to care more about population, but hey, you need to sacrifice some things.

Hello there Simtropolis. As I build a city in SimCity 2013, I have a huge crime problem. Many commercial and residential buildings keep being abandoned with a cause of "Too Much Crime". I have two police precincts with maxed-out police car parking. As the time goes on, the cars keeps disappearing. I wanted to look thoroughly of how they disappear, so I bulldoze the police car parking lots, add them in again, and get a great view of the city while I'm on the police icon. As I look closely, I realized that the police cars randomly disappear in the one-way street roads, or as called, the "UniDirectional Roads" (UDoN). Can someone please help me out? I don't want to destroy those roads which destroys the population, or delete this city! My city going far too well, except for the stupid crime problem.
