MissTonya: Pardon if this is a dumb question but what green are you talking about? There's green all over the place! Thanks for all the great comments everyone! Earlier today, Cjah pointed out that I have surpassed 1000 views!! I never expected this CJ to be so successful!! Thanks for everyone's support! Now I'm sure I've bored everyone to tears with Spandau so it's time to move on. Chapter 2 - Konradshohe, City of Steal Konradshohe is a heavy industrial city with 20 000 industrial Jobs, 18 000 commercial jobs and 39 000 residents. Over the years the high-tech industry has moved in attrcting more high-wealth jobs and people. The number of hi-rises in downtown has doubled in the past 20 years. To support the influx of jobs a small landing strip was built to attract outsiders. It was the first airport in Berlin. The landing strip was upgraded to medium only a year after it's construction. Other issues were resolved as well. For example, the small creek in the industrial area was filled in with dirt and re-zoned. It allowed the development of the manufacturing industry to take place. The creek cost and estimated 1000 dollars a year for bridges, trees and water pollution. To fill in the creek, the project cost an estimated 2000 dollars. When a new mayor was elected he decided to go environmentally friendly. In the so called empty industrial space he planted about 500 trees. But there were major setbacks: nearly 200 jobs were lost, it required 200 dollars to maintain each month and cost a whoping 1000$ in all. The air pollution was lowered but not enough to make a noticable difference. The mayor was not re-elected next term. That's it for the smaller cities. I'm not doing anything for Tegel since there's nothing much to showcase. It'll be time to move on and time to let the REAL re-building begin... Coming Up Next: Hannover, A Rural Town

Bien fait! J'aime beaucoup tes photos. The pictures look great! Its a pity you had to use all of those cheats cuz otherwise it would've been much better of a CJ. Good work nonetheless.

Looks really nice and the BATs blend in well. In the very first pic on this page there's a train yard, how did you do that? Is that photoshoped or is that a lot from somewhere?

Nice pics! I think you should fill in some of those spaces between the highways. It looks a little empty.

The highway system is cool. I love it when people put proposals in their CJs, makes it much more realistic. Great job!

You did a good job with PEG's streams and ponds and the forest looks beautiful. The rock and water colours go great together. But the skyscraper area doesn't look nice. Your buildings are too tall for a small area. I think you should demolish the taller ones and replace them with shorter buildings. Great start nonetheless!

I hear the governor of California as the Terminator (his last name is too difficult to spell). -

The avenue is cool, looks more like a large expressway. Did I post a pic in this thread yet?

That French Style CBD is really interesting, Nik-Nik. You should open up a CJ, if you have enouh time and pics. I think you could do quite well.
