    This is due to the scripts component of the mod, which I've found is slightly unreliable. Especially on new cities, it tends to not load the scripts. I hope to be able to make a more reliable version soon.   I have had the same problem; NOT A SINGLE UPDATE SINCE MAY! I hope you fix this soon, I am not a happy bunny. (PS: Week before easter, see the reference?)
