thanks - hope this works. was building another area of my city and when i panned back over to my W2W commercial district the coit tower was on the verge of ruining it - a good dozen of them popped up replacing W2W growables.

some pics from a new city i started up named Villarreal: Inner city residential - Central Business District - Central train station. The gap in the wall to wall buildings is an old bomb site... This pic shows the Governor's Mansion, residence of the city mayor One of the numerous royal palaces in the city, which is the seat of government and historic home of the monarchy for the wider region. Parliament building, home to the lower house of elected representatives: Central Adminstrative District, home to the catholic cathedral St Giles and monasterey, protestant cathedral St Chad's, opera house, House of Lords and the Wolsingham Palace, official house of the Queen.

bump... I have the same problem trying to install SC4 Deluxe in Windows Vista. i click to install, the computer loads for a second, the disc spins. then nothing. I've tried running in compability mode - nothing. tried running it as administrator - nothing. tried the ereg thing - nothing. it just doesnt seem to work and any possible answers ive found on google have no effect. anyone have a clue about how to install this on Vista?
