im new and confused. I have SimCity game (simcity2013) and i need the links for the things i need to download so i can download items to my game. The "Help" forum didnt help me much lol idk maybe im at little slow. Please help. thanks in advance guys!!!

im sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but im so confused with this stuff. I have SimCity (i guess 2013 idk) I downloaded the offline version. I want to download some things and i dont know what to install to get the downloads on to the game. I read this site and im so confused lol yeah im new hahaha please help!! I need to talk to someone who is willing to talk me through this crap lol thanks.
