Am I retarded, or just blind, what does it mean when i try t load the program and i get the error message: Dirict X cannont be loaded, yatta yatta yatta. I got the fancy new Direct X and all that good stuff, but I still get the message. -baabaaloo -

Whenever I try to load the exep it say that Acvtive X could not be started check your readme for more details. -
