Yesterday I launched SC4 after a cold boot and the glitch was present. This morning I launched SC4 after a cold boot and it wasn't there. It's a crapshoot it seems. Edit: I'm running under hardware with an Nvidia Geforce gtx 260m at high settings with latest driver.
