it's warsaw i believe. it's a building, or more a roof above a square, between buildings
-
koln, or cologne

i'm sorry, but it realy is frankfurt, i see 'the trianon' in the front, and the 'messeturn' further away

bordeaux

since you said it's not near serbia, and it's on a coast, i have to say it's Sweden, maybe gotenborg?

nice city, but i see 1 problem: a country with that size and with a population of 14 million would be very, very crowded: the country on the map is about 10.000 square kilometer, so that's 1400 people/sq km. @kylelies: the old, not matching, houses are the charm of dutch cities.

that's Holland, always surprising

wow, ho realistic!! I was in the little village on the picture last februari(It's cald Osterwald). It's incredible how realistic even such a small village is! Sauerland is a beautiful region, and i'm happy that it's being recreated. i've got one question: where can i find those dark-green, high trees? Keep up the great work!

Worst International Airport Plannings
Gozer_Jep replied to Alexzero77's topic in Architecture & Urban Planning
originally posted by: Alexzero77Now, if only one airport serves Berlin, alot of trouble is going to happen. Have you ever seen such a big metro area only served by ONE airport? I believe Tegel should be kept open, screw Tempelhof, and expand Schonefeld. quote> Why is that a problem? Schiphol serves the complete country in Holland. -
Here some pics of Delft, the city where i study. It's a historical city between The Hague and rotterdam with around 100.000 inhabitans. In the 'golden age', the 17th centurie, Delft was one of the most important cities of Holland. The first picture shows the biggest church in Delft, with a tower of 100m. In this church the royal family is burried. The second picture shows a piece of the old walls, and the last picture shows another big church in Delft, with a leaning tower.

i don't know how many miles of high-speed rail has to be laid out for this plan, but i know that in Holland we have a brand new high-speed rail, just 80 kilometer, and serving the 2 mayor cities: Amsterdam and Rotterdam, and that it costed billions, just for a couple of kilometers. Maglev is even more expensive. I think it's a good idea to think about new transportation possabilities, but this is too expensive, i'm afraid.

good threat! most religious questions are very difficult/impossible to answer, because it is about believe. Still, i can give an answer to the last 2 questions: because God wanted to let us/them know that story, to learn from it, and to get better from it.
