Every time I'm on multiplayer I lay roads but when I go back into my city my roads are not showing up. There is traffic where the roads should be but it won't even let me upgrade them. It even changed roads to avenues on my last city. I always get rolled back so it's pointless to play online. I have played on two servers and have the same issue. Anyone else having this issue? I'm reinstalling thegame to see if that does the trick.
