  1. Did you work this out? I am having same problem. 

  2. I am trying to raise my roads and have followed all instructions - lay the road while pressing M to raise etc..... But nothing happens. If i press M the road lays but flat. If i press it multiple times it just lays flat. Please help as i cannot figure out what i am doing wrong. Do i need to enable something?
