For example Or the same guy got map with full $$$ value (full map, even garbage etc) land wichout park, academy etc. I know some ppl love cheat but this kill "online" game. This cash cheat i see on many server... always 4-5 the same user.

I got many free jobs $, $$ (almost 1k both) and still get info "we cannot find job". Got maglev, skybridge, bus. No traffic problems. My megatower connected with tower where they work and still cannot find job and still got info "we need more employers". Got city wichout factory almost 6k $$$ and other employers 93% happy. Anyoe got this problems? Sorry for my grammar.
