why did i buy it? because i am a special case....

PLEASE HELP! i originally bought the limited edt game with the heroes and villains expansion, i also recently bought the delux upgrade pack.... HOWEVER..... NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING!!!! my maxi tower which use to be under the police tab has gone..... as well as any other expansions items??????? is there a setting to turn the expansions on/off ? what the hell is going on... im pretty annoyed with it
