I am new to simcity and I am experimenting how to balance residential, commercial and industrial zones. I saw a post that had a ratio to go by and I tried it. It seems to work but the thing I noticed is that my need for medium wealth jobs go up. I have no meduim wealth commercial zones and no meduim wealth residential zones. I am curious as to why that is. Any help or explaination would be great.
