I was wondering if someone could make power plants and utilities modular,like puzzle pieces, so that when you need more power and you have minimal space, instead of building a new power plant and bulldozing a neighbourhood, you could add sections (a new lot beside a exisiting core lot)and also some other decorative lots that make the power plant look better!Eg. A nuclear power plant, you can add new lots representing reactors, and decorative lots representing cooling towers and others!
