    No sir, no mods at all. I think the problem was bus stops in the area. I didn't realize they brought negative land value. It seems to be better but I still feel like something may be wrong. The land value shapes are hard to understand, I think there are many more factors in than I realize.

    Can anyone explain this land value situation? All the parks here are $$$ level parks but I've noticed the High Wealth areas shrinking, especially near the parks. This doesn't make sense to me:
