Been trying to fix this problem I have with this one area on the map in Rambling Badlands. You can faintly see the snap points all around but it won't snap anywhere in the area around where the park. I have tried deleting all buildings, roads, dezoning, and pretty much everything else I could think of. Can anyone push me in the right direction as to why this is happening or is this just on the list of bugs? I have been able to search people who have had this problem from a year ago but no fixes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
