soooooo has anyone made a realistic detroit? i dont mean to sound pushy but im exited to see one oh and for some reason when i searched for the BSP bats on the exchange i only got chicken shack, and like bell tire, wich is sweet, but i couldnt find anything else. i think it would be kinda funny if someone made a wallside windows, cus the say they are the factory, but ive never seen a wallside factory. haha. wht evr tho. um question for wolverine; hows the arcitecture department up there in ann arbor? i know its one of the best, but how do YOU feel about it? do you get enough attention? is it somewhat challenging? im just wondering cus i was accepted there and a couple other places and idk if i should go. it would be helpful for some details.(if you happen to have anyfriends in the environmental engineering that would be sweet to hear from them too.) thanks!

hey guys i was reading the other pages in this forum and i saw what you were saying about the broderick tower. i always love looking at the mural in the sunset during tiger games at comerica. it looks quite beutiful. but as far as i know, Hines ended any future plans to renovate the broderick. the RenCen project, which went on for anout 13 years, will be ending in a couple of months. this, from my friends info, will be their last projject on detroit for a while. many people including my friend aree starting to look for different jobs. (in his case, he'll be somewhat of a caretaker for ford field). idk if there may be any other construction companies that see the light to a renovation project on the broderick, but in the construction business, tearing down and starting over is alot easier and more cost efficient than renovating.

hey, for some reason the barrysanders site is down, so i was wondering where the awsome buildings that youve created are located? i would love to have them in sim city4! oh yeah by the way, have any of you made the city of detroit as realistic as possible? i would love to see a screeny if you do. try and get a screenshot of 13 mile and telegraph, if you have it. that would be awsome! thnks.

hey how far have you ogtten on the project? ive been looking for the ren cen since i got sim city 4. if you need any help, i know the senior construction manager for the renovation of the rencen, blue brints and everything. he also managed the construction of the one detroit center(now named comerica tower), and the compuware headquarters. here is their site: www.hines.com good luck!
