    First I want to thank everybody for taking the trouble to respond, and especially UguuDoki for his magnanimous response. I know that Avast and AVG are notorious for false positives and I am aware that every thing you said is true @oldnavy. That is why I took the extra step of not removing the problem automatically with avast and re-scanning with Malwarebytes which confirmed the result. I only posted the comment to share my experience with the exact file I had. I'm in no way leveling an accusation of bad intent @UguuDoki and assume the problem arose after the program left his hands.  I fully intend on downloading and using an updated fresh copy this excellent program again.

    Sorry to say but Avast and Malwarebytes found a Win32:Malware-gen after the program was installed on 2 separate machines.
