1 thing I did notice is that Sim City installs in 2 places right? 1 in the program files folder as "Maxis" and 1 in "My documents" as Sim City. Well in the My documents folder under Sim City all I see is HTTP cache or something similar to that. I KNow that there were other files in there before...IS there a way to manually add the files back in to that folder? -

Well...What really gets me is that it has worked since the reformat. My sound card is a Digi-002 recording system that runs thru the firewire port. I did install the latest Nvidia drivers for my video card well before the problem started happening... One second it works and then the next it wont start up. And I even tried uninstalling SC4 and reinstalling and that didnt work either...Im stumped on why it just decided it doesnt want to work...
