@Cyclone You're actually right! I didn't know that there was two separate plugin folders, removing the contents of teh other folder solved everything. Thanks, problem solved.

So I made an account here because I was having an issue, and this seems like the most active and qualified place to solve it. I've installed SC4 for the 3rd or 4th time, the last time was less than a year ago (I don't remember why I uninstalled it). The last time I installed, I tried downloading a mod, I don't remember which (it might be the network addon mod, dunno) but I still have options in the build menu for many extra roads, railroads etc. WHICH DO NOT WORK. Clicking them results in crashes, but's not the point. The problem is I cannot link streets and roads together, therefore sims livving in zoned areas cant move via roads to their employment. I can't exactly uninstall the mod, I've looked in the plugins folder and I only find the background png's. If the mod could be insalled anywhere else I don't know. I just did a fresh install from disk, so that won't help. I'm going to try and download network addon mod to see if I can install it and fix anything. Please Halp PS Also vehicles on roads don't move
