    @UguuDoki   I'm really sorry for the late response, especially since you answered in such a detailed manner, requesting my help in finding the bug. I had tried the newest version now and it seems to work. I don't have any mods installed yet, but assume they will work fine once copied. Shall we leave this error behind us then, or do you like me to install the older version again to find what was causing it?

    Hello UguuDoki, thanks for the program. :) I unfortunately also have a .NET exception when trying to start it, after installing. "Operator '=' is not defined for type 'DBNull' and string "C:\Games\SimCity"." As you probably already guess, I have the game installed in C:\Games\SimCity. I'm using Windows 8.1 and when wanting to install .NET 4.5 it said it would already be on the system, so that might not be my problem. I called the C drive "Windows 8.1" under Windows, in case that could matter. Thanks for any help. :)
