Very creative idea and the cloud texture does give it an interesting look. Maybe you could put a border o nthe edges of the structure like brick or metal and make it look liek its paintedwith the clouds, and then just some tress and parking or something around it.

Looks good and I love the reflection on the building :-) There should be more angled buildings

Looks like an awsome lot. It might be cool if you reduuced the patient capacity more to corospond wit hthe cost, but keep a large ambulance radious for the farming communities, and the crazy driver of a doctor
