But i can use another region to provide power/energy or food etc etc for a city in a region direct next to it isnt it? Or am i forced to build powerplant etc etc in the same region as the city is in? Ok this is clear to me but why cant i see the connection arrows in the region next to it with the non existens city in it ? They not appear on or in the other region.

Hello folks, Im new here and to the SM 4 deluxe game. My question is the following. I have made all my regions and i want to connect already two of them. So i build a road to the border of the region and used the option to connect it to the region next to it. The yellow arrow on the road appeared like it should be. But after saving and closing that region and going to the one next to it i cant see one single part of a road with a yellow connection arrow. So my question is how do i connect these 2 regions and the road exactly if i cant see that yellow connection arrow in the region next to it? Thanks already.
