    If storage is at capacity the last thing you need to do is build more coal mines. You need to build more trade depots so the coal thats being mined will have somewhere to wait until its picked up by the global market
  2. You have to zone industry close to education buildings, which is ridiculous if you ask me
  3. It doesnt work in Viridian Woods either. Wish I would have known that many, many hours ago
