The same happens to me, my educational level is high, but for some reason, Industriel don't find any workers. Why is that? Where the educated people go?

Hi, I'll be quick, experimenting with two cities (i'm kind of new), I realised that no matter how educated people is, zoning more and more residential, even with parks around, clinics are up to the job, but the factories keep closing because "lack of workers"... That just don't make sense (to me). Even the dumping station closed because of that, even with a large residential area. The same goes with commercial. With more educated people they become, somehow, unprofitable and they abandon.
