I can easily acquire Rush Hour. so let's assume that is what I will be using.

I'm a total $%&^! when it comes to customizing SimCity 4 (vanilla) and I have been searching around for a tutorial on getting started. I'm just looking to download some maps and then some buildings to make my games more worthwhile and real. I tried to download a few files but ended up with the dreaded brown box. So any help is appreciated or just linking me to a tutorial that I can understand. I'm starting from square one here. Thanks
