so pondering on what should be built first, i built two small towns (Cache Forest, and Silver Lake) they are in cahoots with one another, the resources dude was getting on my tail for not having a landfill..so i came to thinking..A TOWN FOR ALL THE DELUGE!! After that was constructed, I am not in the midst of working on the largest town. there is even an elderly side of town by the ocean and have nice beaches, it is getting there.
