I cannot have anymore than 2G on board. I'm looking for a processor upgrade. The quote function doesn't seem to be working.

Hi, I'm about to upgrade my PC because it can only play CIV3 vanilla and nothing much else. Let me know what you think about this new upgrade: RAM= ddr2 2x 1GB VIDEOCARD = pcie EVGA GeForce GTX 650 TI 2GB PROCESSOR = AMD ATHLON X4 706K Would I be able to play the latest PC games with this as well as doing everything else like editing documents and surfing the net? By games I don't mean CoD, Skyrim or Batman I mean Cities XL 2012/13, Trainz 2012, SimCity 3000, CIV5, all the simulator games etc. I aim to spend about £200 for this upgrade but no more than that. A completely newly built PC would cost me around £400 perhaps more, but I'm only be going to change the video card, processor and get a new monitor. I am using W7 at the moment but with only 1Gig or 2x 250MB (I should be using 2 x1Gig), I cannot get more than 2 x 1Gig for this PC. Let me know what you think and hello from the UK!!
