  If you don't add the extra "junk" to your building then how is it producing electricity - magic?  It saves somebody having to make the model themselves.  Useful for builders, not much use to ploppers like you.

These look good at first glance - but on closer inspection they are a mess.  All objects of the original lots have been taken and crowded into spaces where they don't belong, or the same prop is copied multiple times.  Buildings are set on top of parking lots with cars parked through the walls.   For instance, the elementary school has 5 or 6 identical tetherball game props, some of which are embedded partially into the building and in one case in such a way as to look like the kids are jumping in and out of the roof.   Since I have to go into the lot editor and/or SC4tools to clean them up anyway, I've ended up just creating my own from scratch.
