Hello everybody! I'm a big fan of simcity 4; i've been playing it for a very long time. I've found this site some time ago, and i've been following the new posts here, and now I've finally decided to create an account, because i need some help with the game.
I have two cities, and I've been trying to create an electricity neighbor deal between them. One of the cities is the power source, with 4 nuclear power plants, and the other one is the consumer. The cities are connected via power lines, and the source city has a big surplus of electricity. The deal has been running well for some time, but suddenly it ended, the consumer city being left out with no power at all, and the deal no longer being available in the neighbor deals menu.
I was wondering what could have caused this, and maybe also a quick solution, because the utilities advisor has already gone mad...XD
