    Hey Don Miguel - I just downloaded Warren Arms. Lovely! I'm gonna try Equinox's suggestion and see if it builds on medium lots that way. I'll tell you how it works out!

    Niiice! Keep up the good work, man! I'm'a have to download all your lots. One thing about the 6 story tenement, tho - it only seems to build in high-density lots, which kinda makes it compete for space with 80 story high-rises. It's kinda hard to make a neighborhood like my own in Washington Heights. Any idea on how to force SimCity's hand in making 'em?
