i downloaded the 6x6 residential lot and the 6x6 commercial lot from http://members3.jcom.home.ne.jp/somy000/p7.htm in the right folders and stuff but i cant seem to find them in the game, can someone help me plz

i think it has nothing to do with the time of day because my shadows are the same all the time, doesnt change angle, darkness doesnt change, even at night it doesnt change, and a shadow for a subalbine looks like a big ugly square shadow, when the tree is like a cone shape...

my shadow is High accually everything is high in the graphic menu, and the shadows keep coming out the same way, it looks smudged on the edges like in my pic

my shadows on my game are so fake... like in this pic ( this is a city that i was pplaying in) http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/226/fieldaaug14211381538937af.png but in like this pic the shadows are perfect, shows every space between trees and cracks and stuff, is there a mod that makes the shadows better?
