I'm new to the forums but not SimCity, and I'm looking for someone who wants to build a region with me. Whoever wants to join must need: Skype -or TeamSpeak- Meh-level experience or higher. To not have the Impulse to randomly quit after a few days / abandon cities. A Microphone. To not be a Dumb-Darrel.
