When I ran UPDATE_SKU1_TO_P1_B638.EXE, i got these patch warnings: "old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match." Ran SC4Update4BAT.exe without a problem but still stuck with Version 1.1.6380.0. Am I using an update from the wrong region???

Thanks for the replies. Version 1.1.6380.0 I did a install from disk and patched using UPDATE_SKU1_TO_P1_B638.EXE then SC4Update4BAT.exe.

I'm having the same problem as well. A green box on the side of the hospital, a blue box in the middle of the medium plaza. At zoom level 4. Different zoom levels and different rotational views yields different sets of blue and green boxes. I have tried all the settings as above but nothing helps...
