I hope this is the right place to ask. actually i ran into a problem i can't fix by myself.
My standard Maxis international airport (the biggest of the three) asked for an upgrade - basic one to second level - , unfortunately there seem to be missing some textures as you can see on the pics:

As you can see, the left part of the airport is just empty - no lot / textures at all .. I already reinstalled the game, updated to latest patch, started the city without plugins (about 3 GB atm) but the lot won't show up.
Any ideas? The other airports have no problems with upgrades, it's only the biggest one.
