I am quite keen for something along these lines. My most successful cities have been made solo NON SANDBOX. Where i controlled each city. One city could be failing financially but be successful in education i'd send money from another town built to make money not by tax but commercialised "oil...plastic" etc I am hoping to find someone who would like to prepare a huge region of cities expansion ready. In this regard i am talking commercial towns not tourist towns. My beleif is if we focus on making money and commercialising using that bank roll to fund an airport/tourist zone. The expansion gives me a COMMERCIALISATION feel more than anything. I dont hear any mention of tourist dollars what so ever.
