i solved changing the resolution in 1920x1080x60

Hello, I have a little issue. i changed graphic settings activating the anti-aliasing, then the game started to throb and it won't stop neither if I change o deactive the anti-aliasing. the throbbing is slight, but still makes the game unconfrotable for the eyes. How can I possibly settle this? thx for support. intel i7 sandy bridge Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 ti MSI (with afterburner)
