  1. Is it me?

    ArchDeaconJ posted a topic in SimCity (2013) Region Games

    I have started a few cities in what looked like active regions only to be left alone with a bunch of abandoned cities. I keep going for a while but would like a region with at least one person who sticks around. Does this thing happen often?
