Chilifoul

Hi everyone. I am having graphical issue in SC4 Deluxe Edition on Windows 8. I have a custom screen size of 1600x900 however the issue still occurs in any of the in game resolution settings. I have updated windows on my laptop and the on board video card. Im not sure what else to try. Any ideas on what I can do?
