Avenues and One Ways have On Ramps!
Guybrush replied to frazell's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
Where's the screenshot? I've been trying to create an avenue/ground-level freeway onramp, and can't do it! Even though the highway was previously an elevated highway, and has onramps there, meaning there's room for them.
