I installed everything you said, but when I was installing the patch the "old files not found..." appeared again, and when I tried to install the NAM it says that I need the game updated, so it didn't work... do u know anything that I can do??

I'm a brazillian guy, so its hard to me to write in English, but I want to update my simcity 4 deluxe (CD) because I want the NAM mod, I downloaded the south america patch and when I install I get this error "old files not found..." I've been this for 3 days and I can't find a solution.. My simcity 4 version: 1.1.613.0
